1Clicking on .png) will navigate you to the Forgot Password screen.

2Enter the same email address used during registration
3Enter ROC No. of your registered company.
4Select your company category from the drop down list.
5All fields are mandatory and must be filled in before you can request for passwords
6Click on .png) button to proceed with the request and system will display a message “Password sent to your email. Please check your email.“ after your request is successfully sent.

7If ROC No entered does not exist in the system, you will be getting a message ”Company not found!”.
8You will get an email from eGateway System with the details of your newly assigned password and subject eGateway - Reset Password.
