FAQ - Create Additional User Login

Guide to Add User Login for eGateway Users

Step 1 : Navigation


i. Navigate the user from Maintenance > Admin > User Login.

Step 2 : Create others User Login


i.You now can create others User Login ID by clicking on Add link and User Login Entry page will shows

ii.Enter all require information and select the specific Expiry Days for your selected user

iii.Click Save button to confirm save the entries and system will shows message “Record Successfully Saved!“, otherwise click on Close to close the page without save the record


Note:Based on the selected Expiry Days, user login will be expired and need to renew to activate back the user login

Step 3 : Deactive User


i.As an Admin, you can Deactive any user under your same account and system will prompt a confirmation message before remove the user

ii.Deactivate user will be removed from the Active User Login Listing and move to Deactive User Tab Listing
