You are active login in other PC or no proper log out.
Option 1: User able to seek assistance from internal admin at your organization. Internal admin should follow below steps:
1 - Login to https://www.egateway.com.my (as admin).
2 - Click on the Menu and select Active User tab.
3 - Delete button is used to terminate other users. Click on delete button to remove other user from Active User list. Thereafter, user will be able to login again to www.my1port.com with no issue.

Option 2: Alternatively, user able to wait for next 5 minutes. This is due to User login history at “Active User List” will be removed automatically by system after 5 minutes. Thereafter, user will be able to login again to https://www.egateway.com.my with no issue.

Option 3: If an internal admin having similar issue, users are recommended to contact our helpdesk support team at 03-8073 8488 or email us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Registration - Tel/Fax/Poskod Empty & Capital Paid Allowed To Save Up To 100 Only
This issue came out due to outdated version of Google Chrome. Here simple steps to solve:
1 - Open Google Chrome then click icon 3 dots (at the top right of the page)
2 - Then select Settings menu
3 - Click About menu (at left side of page)
4 - Google will auto updated and display 'Google Chrome is up to date'

Forgot Login Password
1 - Click forgot password. Key in all the informations needed:Email Address, ROC No and select the suitable Category that has been provided. Then, you may click at the Request Password.
2 - After a few seconds, the informations of Account No, User ID and Password will be sent in the inbox of your registered email.
3 - You may go back to the login page and key in all those informations that has been given: Account No, User ID and Password.

Create additional user login
1 - Navigate the user from Maintenance > Admin > User Login.
2 - After filled in all the information details, user may click at the Saved button.

User Access Right
1 - Login as SA > Maintenance > Admin > User Access Right.
2 - Click User Access Right, the listing of User will show based on user login assign by Admin.
3 - You may select one of the list that has been stated and select the particular module to allow user to access the module.
4 - Click on the save button to save the setting accordingly.
